What is Neuromorphic Engineering? Neuromorphic engineering can be termed as mimicking the neurobiological architecture on a Very Large-Scale Integrated Circuit (VLSI). The neuromorphic devices have an architecture that is based on the neuro-biological structure of a human brain. It is a well-known fact that there hasn’t been a device that has the capability of human brain (Douglas, Mahowald, & Mead, 1995) .
